Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LetsMeetCreators. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What we are

LetsMeetCreators is a marketplace that connects content creators and brands with studio owners who rent out recording and production space. We provide the platform; the studio session itself is delivered by the studio owner. We are not the owner or operator of the studios listed, except where a listing states otherwise.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person or business, one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

3. Creator profiles and verified reach

• Connecting a social account is optional. When you connect one, we read your public statistics and display them on your public profile, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• A “Verified” badge means only that you signed in to that platform and it confirmed the account is yours. It is not an endorsement by us, and it is not a guarantee of the quality or authenticity of your audience.
• Figures are a snapshot taken when we last synced, typically within the past week, and may differ from live numbers on the platform.
• You may not connect an account you do not control, or misrepresent your reach. Doing so may result in removal of the badge or the account.
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored data immediately.

4. Studio listings

• Studio owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing: address, pricing, facilities, photographs and availability.
• Some listings were created from publicly available directory information and are not yet claimed by their owner. These are marked as such. A booking on an unclaimed listing is a request: our team contacts the studio to confirm it, and if the studio declines you receive a full refund.
• Owners must hold the rights and permissions needed to rent the space.

5. Bookings, payments and cancellations

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include our platform fee.
• Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment gateway. Card details are handled by the gateway, not by us.
• A booking is confirmed only once the studio owner accepts it. Until then the slot is requested, not held indefinitely.
• If you cancel, our standard cancellation policy applies and a portion of the amount is retained. The applicable amount is shown before you confirm the booking.
• If the studio declines or cancels, you receive a full refund.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several working days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful, obscene or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or business, or claim an account or studio that is not yours.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.
• Take bookings or payments off-platform in order to avoid our fees.
• Scrape, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these rules, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content on the platform and in related marketing for the platform. You confirm you have the rights to grant this.

8. Our liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a studio will meet your expectations, that a creator’s audience will deliver a particular result, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Disputes between users

Disputes about a session — access, condition of the space, equipment, conduct — are between the parties involved. We will help mediate where we reasonably can, and we decide refund claims on our platform in good faith.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be notified by email. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
