Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LetsMeetCreators (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our marketplace at letsmeetcreators.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted. It applies to everyone who uses the platform — creators, brands and studio owners.

1. Data we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider), and the role you choose (creator, brand or studio owner).
• Profile details — profile photo, biography, niche or industry, phone number, company name and website, where you provide them.
• Studio listings — for studio owners: address, photographs, pricing, facilities and contact number.
• Booking details — the studio, date and time you book, and any notes you add.

Information from connected social accounts

Creators may optionally connect a YouTube channel, Instagram professional account or Facebook Page so that brands can see verified audience numbers. This is entirely voluntary and you can disconnect at any time.

• What we read: your public account name, username or handle, profile picture, biography, follower or subscriber count, public content counts, and a small number of your public posts (title or caption, thumbnail, link, publish date and public view or like counts).
• What we never do: we never post, comment, message, follow or take any other action on your behalf. We request read-only permission. We do not read your private messages, your email, your contacts, or any content that is not already public on your profile.
• Access tokens: connecting an account gives us an authorisation token. Tokens are encrypted before storage, are held in a database table that is not reachable from our public API, and are deleted immediately when you disconnect the account.
• How often we read it: once when you connect, roughly once a week thereafter to keep the numbers current, and when you press Refresh.
• Google user data: our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to display your channel statistics on your own public creator profile. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

Information collected automatically

• Session cookies — required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Basic technical logs — IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

2. Why we use it

• To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
• To publish your creator, brand or studio profile so other users can find and contact you. Anything on your public profile is visible to anyone.
• To show brands verified audience figures, so they can trust the reach a creator claims. This is the sole reason we read social account data.
• To take, confirm and manage studio bookings, including payments and refunds.
• To send transactional email about your account and bookings.
• To detect fraud, abuse and duplicate accounts, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Our payment gateway — to process booking payments and refunds. Card details are handled by the gateway and never reach our servers.
• Google and Meta — only in the sense that we call their APIs with the token you granted us, to read your own account data.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

4. How long we keep it

• Account and profile data: until you delete your account.
• Social account tokens and statistics: until you disconnect that account or delete your account, whichever is first.
• Booking and payment records: retained after account deletion where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Deleting your data

You are in control of your data and can remove it at any time:

• Disconnect a social account — go to Settings → Social accounts and press Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token and every statistic, post and profile detail we obtained from that platform.
• Revoke access at the platform — you can also remove our access directly from your Google account permissions or from Instagram or Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites. Our access stops at once.
• Delete your entire account — email support@letsmeetcreators.com from your registered address, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 84590 97572, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm your identity and erase your profile, listings, social connections and saved data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@letsmeetcreators.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Social access tokens are encrypted at rest and held in a table that our public API cannot reach. Access to production data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you.

8. Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be notified by email.
